A RESOLUTION CF 1HE CICT COUNCIL OF THE
GITT OF B&LDKEN EftRK APPOINTING STANLEY R.
MANSFIELD ACTING PIANNING DIRECTOR FIXING H3S
SALARY AS SUCH.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Bark does resolve
as follows:
Section 1» lhat Stanley R« Mansfield, Assistant Planning
Director, is hereby appointed Acting Planning Director of the City
of Baldwin Park, effective December 1$, 19$9, pending the selection
of a permanent appointee.
Section 2« That his salary while acting as Planning
Director shall be $$99.00 per month,
Section 3» That he shall not be compensated for overtime
worked while serving in the capacity of Acting Director.
