A RESOLUTION OF THE *ITY COUNCH OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOYING-PAYROLL CLAIMS A®
DEMANDS NUMBERS 8110 THROUGH 8198 INCLUSIVE.
N0^, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE ND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1, That according to Section 37202 of the Govern-
ment Code the Finance Director, or his designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof^
Finance Director
SECTION 2, That Warrants Numbers QUO through 3198
inclusive, constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park
for the period from ll«.l6-$9 thru 11-30-$9A have heen audited
as required by law, and that the same are hereby allowed in the
amount of $ lU,966,08.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AMD APPROVED this 7th day of December 19 09.
