A RESOLUTION OF THE ITY COUNCII OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING PAIROLI CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS NUMBERS SU$3 THROUGH 8$39 INCLUSIVE
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, D^TSPMNE NP ORDER as follows:
SECT ION 1. That according to Section 37202 of the Govern-
ment Code the Finance Director, or his designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof*
Finance Director
SECTION 2o That Warrants Numbers 8$U3 through 8$39
inclusive, constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park
far the period from 1-16-60 thru 1-31-60 have been audited
as required by law, and that the same are hereby allowed in the
amount of $li^$07«7$.
