A RESOLUTION OF TOE CITY COT2NCIL
OF IHE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK URGING
TOE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION TO
DENY IHE SOUTHERN COUNTIES GAS
COMPANY REQUEST FOR A RATE INCREASE
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as
follows;
Section 1, That the Public Utilities Commission of the State
of California is urged to deny the pending request of the Southern
Counties Gas Company for a rate increase in the East San Gabriel Valley,
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy
of this resolution to the Public Utilities Commission, State Building,
San Francisco, California^
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk this 7th___ day of March______,
