A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING
THE CITY OFFICIAL RESPONSIBLE FOR
COMPLETING AND FILING THE ANNUAL
STREET REPORT WITH THE STATE CON-
TROLLER.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK, does hereby designate the CITY ENGINEER of said city
to prepare and file with the State Controller each year the Annual
Street Report required by Section 2151 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk this 21st day of March______^
