A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SUPPORTING THE AP-
PLICATION OF AIRPORT SERVICE, INC. BEFORE
THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Airport Service, Inc. has filed an appli-
cation with the California Public Utilities Commission to
perform scheduled limousine service between the communities
of San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles International Airport
and Ontario International Airport, and
WHEREAS, this type of service Is lacking and is
needed to make air transportation more convenient to the
residents of the San Gabriel Valley,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does resolve as follows:
1. That the California Public Utilities Commission
is respectfully urged to grant said application.
2. That the City Clerk is Instructed to send a
certified copy of this resolution to said Commission.
3. That Airport Service, Inc., Wilton Hotel, Suite
208, Long Beach 2^,California, be notified of the action
taken.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this____4th_______day
