8RESOLUTION NO, 60-45
RESOLUTION OF TOE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING BUDGET
PROPOSAL FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLO-
CATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS
AND HIOIWAYS CODE
WEREAS, a master agreement has been executed between the State
of California and the City of Baldwin Park for the expenditure of the engi-
neering allocation to cities, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of
Baldwin Park that said budget proposal be and is hereby adopted as the
budget of proposed expenditures of the engineering allocation to cities,
and said budget proposal be and the same is hereby approved and the
mayor and/or the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said city, said budget proposal to be binding upon the city upon its ap-^
proval by the authorized officials of the State,
