A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF WE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK COM-
MENDING ARTHUR F. WILSON AND
EXPRESSING THE CITY'S GRATITUDE
FOR HIS DEVOTION AND SERVICE TO
THE CITY.
WHEREAS, Arthur F. Wilson served most ably as a member of the
City Council of the City of Baldwin Park from November 5, 1958, to April
19, 1960, and
WHEREAS, Arthur F. Wiison served as a member of the Planning
Commission since the Planning Commission's inception on February 6,
1956, until his appointment to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, he has contributed immeasureably to the growth and
development of the City during its early formative years, and
WHEREAS, he has served with honesty and devoted invaluable
time and effort on behalf of the citizens of Baldwin Park, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to publicly recognize and express
its sincere appreciation and gratitude for his outstanding citizenship
and constructive contributions to the community;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does resolve that Arthur F. Wilson be, and he hereby is, commended for
his devotion and service to the City of Baldwin Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that he be granted this Resolution
in commemoration of his meritorious service to the City of Baldwin
Park as a token of the City's heartfelt gratitude for the fine ex-
ample of citizenship he has set for the community.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park has caused this Resolution to be adopted by the unanimous vote of
the members thereof on the 6th day of June, 1960, and has caused the
same to be subscribed to by the entire membership of the City Council.
