Z P I J8RESOLUTION NO. 60-64
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING AND ADOPT-
ING BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1960-61.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does re-
solve as follows:
Section 1. That the tentative budget for the City of
Baldwin Park, California, for the fiscal year 1960-61, pre-
pared by E. R. Asmus, Chief Administrative Officer, having
been submitted to this Council and having been amended, modi-
fled and corrected, is filed as amended, modified and cor-
rected in the office of the City Clerk, and shall be open to
public Inspection.
Section 2. That said tentative budget, as amended,
modified and corrected, is hereby approved and adopted as the
budget of the City for the fiscal year 1960-61.
Section 3. That no department of the City shall pur-
chase any capital items of equipment or proceed with any
public works project unless budgeted in said budget and sub-
mitted to and approved by the City Council.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor, and
attested by the City Clerk this____5th_________ day of
