Park DOES HEP EBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE MP OBDSR as follows;
SECTION 1. That according to Section 37202 of the Govern.
nient Code the Finance Director, or h-is designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands^ and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof*
