A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TtiE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING
AND REQUESTING THE COUNTY ENGINEER
TO PERFORM CERTAIN SERVICES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOA/S:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
hereby requests the following designated services to be performed
by the County Engineer on behalf of said City, all pursuant to the
terms and provisions of the General Services Agreement which said City
entered into with the County of Los Angeles on Ju iy J_________,
I960;
Civil Engineering work within the scope of
the duties of the County Engineer and the
collection, as agent of the City, of all
fees and/or deposits therefor imposed by
said City or which the City is entitled to
col led.
Said services are to be performed upon dir-
ection of the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the County
of Los Angeles.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor, and attested
by the City Clerk this 3rd day of October. I960.
