A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DENYING
ZONE CHANGE FROM A-l TO C-l ON PROP-
ERTY AT 3722 PUENTE AVENUE, ZONE
CASE NO. Z-82.
WHEREAS., ffames F. and
a change of zone on property at
City of Baldwin Park, County of
fornia, described as:
Edith F. Tracy applied for
3722 Puente Avenue, In the
Los Angeles, State of Call-
Part of Rancbo La Puente, In the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, described as follows: 0.39 acres
on the southeast line of Puente Avenue 60 feet
wide, commencing northeast thereon l6o feet
from the northeast line of Pacific Avenue, 80.69
feet wide; thence northeast on said southeast
line 80.25 feet with a uniform depth of 213.94
feet south 48 deg. 07 min. East,
from A-l to C-l; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission duly held a
public hearing on said application after giving requisite
notice thereof and recommended that the application be
denied; and
WHEREAS, the City Council duly held a public
hearing thereon after giving requisite notice thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does resolve that said application for change
of zone be, and the same hereby is, denied.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
