A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHOR-
IZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
PURCHASE BY COUNTY OF STATE'S TITLE
TO CERTAIN LANDS LYING IN MARION
AVENUE AND OLIVE STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park that the Mayor is authorized to sign and the
City Clerk to attest that certain Agreement by the County
of Los Angeles for the purchase of certain lands within
the City, being portions of Marion Avenue and Olive Street,
tax deeded to the State of California for delinquent taxes,
as provided by Division 1, Part 6, Chapter 8, Articles 1
and 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of
California.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this i7th____________
