OF BALDWIN P;JtK ALLOWING PAYROLL CLAIMS A^^D
DEMANDS NUMBERS 9778 THROUGH 9869 INCLUSIVE.
N0^ THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, D:TSPMINE NT ORDER as follows;
SECT log 1. That according to Section 37202 of the Govern-
ment Code the Finance Director, or hjs designated representative,
hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof•

SECTION 2. That Warrants Numbers 9778 through 9869
inclusive, constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park
for the period from 9-16-60 thru 9-30-60 have been audited
as required by law, and that the same are hereby allowed in the
amount of $17,119»2?.
