A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
MASTER PLAN OP HIGHWAYS.
WHEREAS, a Master Plan of Highways was duly adopted
for the City of Baldwin Park on June 2, 1958; and
WHEREAS, it is desired to amend said plan as here-
inafter provided; and
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held thereon
as required by the State Planning Law,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does resolve as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 58-57^ passed
and adopted on June 2, 1958, as amended by Resolution No.
59-32, passed and adopted on April 20, 1959^ and Resolution
No. 59-119, passed and adopted on November 16, 1959^ is
further amended as follows:
1. Delete Vine land Avenue from Ramona
Boulevard to the San Bernardino Freeway) from
the list of eighty 80) feet streets set forth
in Section 6.
2. Add Vineland Avenue from Ramona Boule-
vard to the San Bernardino Freeway) to the list
of sixty 60) feet streets set forth in Section 7-
Section 2. That the Master Plan of Highways shall
be revised in accordance with the foregoing amendments and
the revisions authenticated by the signatures of the Chair-
man and Secretary of the Planning Commission.
