A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OP THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHOR-
IZING AGREEMENT WITH SWENSON, CLARK
& FILE, FOR AUDITING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Baldwin Park that the Mayor is authorized to sign and the
CSty Clerk to attest that certain agreement with &wenson, dark
& File, Certified Public Accountants, of Pasadena, California, to
provide auditing services to June 50, 1965.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
and attested by the City Clerk this 28th____ day of
November,, i960.
