A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OP BALDWIN PARK GRANTING A
ZONE EXCEPTION TO MARVIN L. ANDREWS
TO ERECT A CANOPY OVER GASOLINE PUMPS
AT 13852 EAST LOS ANGELES STREET,
ZONE CASE ZE-37.
WHEREAS, Marvin L. Andrews was heretofore granted
an exception to operate an automobile service station on
C-l property at 13852 East Los Angeles Street, and has ap-
plied for permission to erect a canopy over the gas pump
island.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does find, resolve and determine as follows:
Section 1. That an exception is hereby granted
to Marvin L. Andrews to erect a canopy over the gas pump
island of the automobile service station at 13852 East Los
Angeles Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, as hereinafter
provided,
Section 2. That said canopy shall substantially
comply with the plot plan filed by applicant with the
Planning Commission showing the canopy to be twenty-five
25) feet wide, twelve and one-half 12^) feet high, and
supported by six 6) columns.
Section 3. That said canopy may extend into the
front setback area a distance of eight 8) feet.
Section 4, That said exception is necessary for
the preservation of a substantial property right of the
owner and will not be materially detrimental to the public
welfare nor to the property of other persons located In
the vicinity.
ADOPTED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor,
