Section 12, ITTIy'O.riK ALICT^UTC^. i.y^ularly sworn
police personnel and dispatcher clerks shall receive in
addition to their regular conpensation a aniforn
allowance of 4:60.00 per year, payable semi-annnally.
Police personnel and dispatcher clerks terminating or resign-
ing prior to completion of six months service after July 1,
60, or prior to completion of si.x ponths service in
the case of neu employees y shall not be entitled to
receive accraect uniforn allowance. Police oersonnel and
Jispatcher clerks terminating or resi^nin^ afte-'1 si;;
month1& service shall receive their prorated accrued
un-'form allovjancc as part of bkeir tsrm^nauion pay.
