TO THE MEMBERS OF THE FINANCING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK:
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of
the Financing Authority of the City of Baldwin Park is hereby called to be held on Wednesday, May
6, 1998 at 7:00 p.m., Council Chambers, 14403 E. Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California.
The Special Meeting is called for the purpose to discuss Designating Interim Executive Director,
Steve Cervantes.

4. Approval of Action Authorizing the Executive Director of the Baldwin Park Financing Authority
to Enter Into Escrow Arrangements With U.S. Bank Trust National Association to Establish
a Reserve for the Repayment to the County of Los Argeles of Tax Increment Revenues
Previously Paid to the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Baldwin Park and
Attributable to the San Gabriel River Redevelopment Project
