A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AWARDING CONTRACT IN
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 6^-A-I
WHEREAS, on October 5» 1961+, bids were publicly opened
by the City Clerk In the Council Chamber pursuant to Resolution
No. 6l(.-2l8) for doing the work and improvement described in
Resolution of Intention No. 61+-211, for the construction of im-
provements in A/4) 6^-A-I, n the City of Baldwin Park which
Resolution of Intention was adopted on September 2, 196U. and is
hereby expressly referred to for a description of said work and
improvement and for all particulars relative to the proceedings
under said Resolution of Intention, and the results thereof pre-
sented to the City CouncI\ at the next regular meeting of the
CouncII on October 7, 196^
SECTION NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,
that the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park hereby rejects
all of said proposals or bids except that herein mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said
improvements to the lowest responsible bidder, to will
N. A. Artukovlch Construction Company, Inc.

at the prices named In the bid of said bidder on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of said award in the Baldwin Park Bulletin, a newspaper
published and circulated in said City of Baldwin Park, and here-
tofore designated for that purpose by said C-?ty Council of the
City of Baldwin Park.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution*
