AWARD OF CONTRACT TO COMPLETE THE CONSOLIDATED FIVE YEAR PLAN 7/1/2000 6/30/2005 AND THE ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR 7/1/2000 6/30/2001 Recommendation: City Council award the contract to Cotton/Beland/Associates, Inc. in an amount of $17,170.00 for the purpose of completing the Consolidated Plan/Annual Action Plan.
