TO: THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK:
AT THE REQUEST OF THE MAYOR, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Baldwin Park is hereby called to be held on Saturday, September 11, 1999,
commencing at 9:00 a.m., at the Julia McNiel Senior Center, 4100 Baldwin Park Boulevard, Baldwin
Park, California.
The Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting a Town Hall Meeting to discuss
Public Safety Issues.
