A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK OPENING AND DEDICATING
LOT 10 OF TRACT NO. 26823, LOS ANGELES COUNTY
FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Parkdoes resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the City of Baldwin Park is the owner in
fee simple of the following described property:
Lot 10 of Tract No. 26823, as shown on map recorded in
Book 700, page 5 of maps in the office of the recorder
of said County.
SECTION 2. That said Lot 10 of Tract No. 26823 is now
incorporated within Torrey Street, a dedicated street.
SECTION 3. That it is necessary to the public benefit
that said Lot 10 be opened and dedicated to public use for street
purposes, and this City Council hereby orders that said Lot 10 of
Tract No. 26823 be, and it hereby is, opened and dedicated for public
street purposes.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause a certified copy
thereof, attested by her under the seal of the City, to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder, Los Angeles County, California.
