A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FTNDING AND DETER-
MINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC NUISANC
AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED Case No.
68-A-12)
FOLLOWS: THE CI Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK OES RESOLVE AS
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the C'ty of Baldwin Park
does hereby find,
termine and declare as follow
a) That pu uant to Section 3225 et se of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, proce ings were initiated to d termine whether certain
vehicles constitute a ublic nuisance; and
b) That the pr perty and vehicles w ich are the subject of such
proceedings are describe as follows:
1) That roperty located t 5108 Elton Street more
particularly descri ed as follows: The southerly 60 feet of
the northerly 310 f t of the nor herly 1030 feet of the East
one-half of the West ne-half of the Northwest one quarter of
10 West of the San Ber ardino
the northeast one qua ter of Se tion 8, Township 1 South, Range
se Meridian in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los A eles, State of California,
according to the officia pl
of said land filed in the District
Land Office on April 21, 87

2) That the vehi e,to which said proceedings relate
is as follows:

That a duly notic d public hearing on said matter was con-
ducted prusuant to Section 32 i
of the ldwin Park Municipal Code, to
determine whether a public n sance exis
and
d) That as a resu t of the evide ce presented at said hearing,
it was determined that the same does consi to a public nuisance, and
that the public interest equires that the
me be abated.
SECTION 2. Tha if the owners of sai property, or other having
from the said property or enclose the area whe
an interest therein, do not abate said nuisanc by removing the vehicles
located with a view o scuring wall within
the vehicles are to be
ays hereof, the Chief
Administrative Off ic is instructed to abate th same as provided in
Section 3227 et seq f the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
