AWARD OF CONTRACT TOP NOTCH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR REPAIRS AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS Recommendation: Waive formal bidding process and award a Contract for maintenance services related to the repair of concrete infrastructure improvements in the amount of $45,000 to Top Notch Construction Company; and authorize the Director of Public Works to approve additional funding in an amount not to exceed 15% of the original contract, for additional repairs as deemed necessary to ensure public safety. STATUS REPORT SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT STUDY ON CONTRACTING FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES Recommendation: City Council 1) Receive and file subject status report; and 2) Direct staff to proceed as outlined by bringing the Phase I study to the Council at its February 7, 2001 meeting, along with staff analysis and evaluation. The February 7th report to Council will contain alternatives for consideration regarding the next steps to be taken with regards to possible contracting. B.
