A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION NUMBER 69-102 RELATING
TO CERTAIN BUDGETARY APPROPRIATIONS,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWSs
SECTION lo That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find,, determine and declare as follows
a) That to continue the public nuisance cleanup
for fiscal year 1969-70 and proceed with the current schedule,
an amount of $3,000.00 will be necessary.
SECTION 2» That to accommodate the foregoing
program and expenditure it is necessary to amend the City
Budget as hereinafter set fortho

SECTION 3« That the City Clerk shall certify to the
