AGREEMENT FOR AN OUTDOOR ADVERTISING STRUCTURE

Recommendation: Conduct public hearing, take testimony, and waive further
reading, read by title only and adopt Resolution No. 2001-038 entitled, A
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF ONE THREE SIDED BILLBOARD STRUCTURE; APPLICANT: BULLETIN

C. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN APPEAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL IMPOSED BY THE PLANNING
COMMISSION RELATING TO A MODIFICATION TO CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT CASE NO. CP-425; APPELLANT: SAM SHARMOJ,
REPRESENTING PLAZA MARKET; LOCATION: 13902 FRANCISQUITO
AVENUE, UNIT NOS. A, B & C Continued from March 21, 2001)
Recommendation: Conduct public hearing, take testimony, and select one of
the options as follows: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 2001-030 upholding the
decision of the Planning Commission, leaving conditions 4(J) and N) as
conditions of approval of Planning Commission Resolution PC 01-04; or 2)
Adopt Resolution No. 2001-030 eliminating condition 4(N) which prohibits the
individual sale of bottles and cans of beer and modify condition 4(J) to require
renewal of CP-425 in three 3) years; or 3) Adopt Resolution 2001-030
overturning the Planning Commission's decision and eliminate conditions of
approval 4(J) and N); or 4) Provide other direction at the discretion of the City
Council.

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 100.020 AND 100.090 OF
TITLE X, CHAPTER 100 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND REGULATION OF OFFICIAL
POLICE TOW SERVICES".
