A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THAT CERTAIN ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT KNOWN AS WALNUT STREET
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
that the map, plans and specifications submitted by the
City Engineer, Engineer of Work in Walnut Street Assessment
District in the City of Baldwin Park be and they are hereby
adopted as the map, plans and specifications for the doing
of said work and improvement. Said map, plans and specifi-
cations are henceforth referred to as:
a) Map of Walnut Street Assessment District"
b) Plans for Walnut Street Assessment District"
c) Specifications for Walnut Street Assessment
District"
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 16th day of December
19 70
