FOR THE DESIGN OF THREE TRAFFIC SIGNALS FOR THE 21.5-ACRE SITE DEVELOPMENT/BALDWIN PARK MARKET PLACE Recommendation: 1) Authorize staff to add this project to the Capital Improvement Projects for FY2001-2002 and appropriate funds for this project; 2) Award a contract for the design and construction engineering of the three traffic signals in the amount of $22,852.00 to Minagar & Associates, Inc.; 3) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement; and 4) Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute any necessary change orders in an amount not to exceed ten percent 10%) of the original contract amount.
