EXTENSION OF CONTRACT Recommendation: 1) Extend the terms of the existing contract with West Coast Arborists. dated August 16. 2000 through June 30, 2002; and 2) Approve the new rate adjustments based on the CPI; and 3) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement. G. AWARD CONTRACT TO MINAGAR & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE DESIGN OF THREE TRAFFIC SIGNALS FOR THE 21.5-ACRE SITE DEVELOPMENT/BALDWIN PARK MARKET PLACE Recommendation: 1) Authorize staff to add this project to the Capital Improvement Projects for FY2001-2002 and appropriate funds for this project; 2) Award a contract for the design and construction engineering of the three traffic signals in the amount of $22,852.00 to Minagar & Associates, Inc.; 3) Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement; and 4) Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute any necessary change orders in an amount not to exceed ten percent 10%) of the original contract amount. H. OUTDOOR DINING ORDINANCE FOR THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT AREA Recommendation: Ratify approval of the contract with Willdan Associates for services related to the proposed outdoor dining ordinance, in an amount not to exceed $7,000. Recommendation: 1) Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with martin Chapman & Co., in the amount not to exceed $ 25,00 for their services provided for the march 2001 General Municipal Election; and 2) Approve the carry-over of the unexpended balance for fiscal year 2000-2001 in the City Clerks budget. Consultant Services account in the amount of $22,600.00 and re-appropriate this amount to the City Clerks Budget, account number 100-03-50000, for Fiscal Year 2001-2002. 2.
