Home My WebLink About1971 019 CC RESO1971 019 CC RESO8f;¢fê/RESOLUTION NO. 71-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER CERTAIN VEHICLES CONSTITUTE A PUBLIC NUISANCE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. SECTION 2. That on February 3, 1971 at 7 30 P. M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Council Chambers, at the City Hall, 14403 East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, is hereby designated as the time and place for a public hearing to determine whether the vehicles herein described constitute a public nuisance within the meaning of said Section 3226 et seq., of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code. SECTION 3. That the City Manager is hereby instructed to give Notice of public hearing as set forth in Section 3227 of the said Baldwin Park Municipal Code. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and cause a copy hereof to be forwarded to the City Manager.
