That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park doe^ hereby find, determine and declare as follows: a) That more than fifty percent 50%) of the curb, gutter, *idow.3lk and drive approach has been constructed, or guaranteed in the foJlow- ing blocks; 1) North side of Olive Street between T.andis Avenue and Maine Avenue 71-^-8) curb and gutter) 2) North side of Olive Street between La Rica Avonue and Baldwin Park Boulevard 71-S-9) sidewalk and drive approach) 3) North side of Olive Street between felton Street and Fortin Street 71-S-10) curb and gutter) 4) South side of Olive Street between Walnut Street and Merced Avenue 71-S-ll) sidewalk and drive approach) 5) South side of Olive Street between Stewart Avenue a'ld Edra Avenue 71-S-12) curb, gutter, sidewalk and drive approach) 6) South side of Olive Street between Edra Avenue and Baldwin Park Boulevard 71-S-13) sidewalk drive approach, curb and gutter. 7) Northwest side of Frazier Street between Fairgrove Street and Bess Avenue 71-S-14) curb, gutter, sidewalk and drive approach) 8) Northwest side of Puente Avenue between Francisquito Avenue and Dalewood Street 71-S-15) curb, gutter, sidewalk and drive approach) b) That it is the intention of the City Council to criuso curb, gutter, sidewalk and drive approach, hereinafter, improvements" to be constructed at the sole expense of the owners of properties in and along said above described areas, pursuant to Section BPO, et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Californi.i. i SECTION 2. That the Superintendent of Streets is hereby instruct cd to mail and post notices to construct said improvements, as required by law. SECTION 3. That pursuant to said Section 5870, et seq., the City Council does hereby declare that on the 3rd day of March, 1971, at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard in the Council Chambers at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, it will hear and pass upon any and all objections and protests to the ordering ot the construction of said improvements. SECTION 4. That all protests must be in writing and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of objccti ons and protests.
