A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING AND DETER-
MINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE
AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED 71-A-4)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3225 et seq., of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, proceedings were initiated to determine whether certain
vehicles constitute a public nuisance; and
b) That the property and vehicle which are the subject of such
proceedings are described as follows:
1) That property located at 15431 Nubia Street more
particularly described as follows: Lot commencing northerly
SS^P^O" westerly 174.06 feet from southeasterly corner of
southeasterly 1/4 of northeasterly 1/4 of northeasterly 1/4 of
Section B Township 1 South Range 10 west thence northerly on
easterly line of westerly 490 feet of woutherly 10 acres of
easterly 1/2 of northeasterly 1/4 of omitted portion in Assess-
or's Map Book of Lot 8. 8413-3-11)
2) That the vehicle to which said proceedings relate
is as follows:
a) 839-117 No Record
c) That a duly noticed public hearing on said matter was con-
ducted pursuant to Section 3227 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to
determine whether a public nuisance exists; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented at said hearing,
it was determined that the same does constitute a public nuisance, and
that the public interest requires that the same be abated.
SECTION 2. That if the owners of,said property, or others having
an interest therein, do not abate said nuisance Jay removing the vehicle
from the said property or enclose the area where the vehicle is to be
located with a view obscruing wall within 15 days hereof, the City
Manager is instructed to abate the same as provided in Section 3227 et
seq., of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution and cause a copy hereof to be forwarded to the City
Manager.
