A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF;THE
CtTY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The* City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That according tc Section 37202 of the
Government Code the Finance Direct or, or his designated represent:)
tive, hereby certify to the accuracy of the followi ng demands, and
to the availability of funds for payments thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll Warrant Numbers 2131
Through lh inclusive, constituting the payroll of the
City of Baldwin Park for the period from 1-16-71 through
1.31.71 have been presented to the City Council as required
by law, and that the same are gereby ratified and approved, in the

SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbersl869-?50 through
19??-?^0 inclusive, constituting the claims and demands against
the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council is
required by law, and that the same are hereby ratified and approved
in the amount of $2ob,333.6l
ADOPTED. SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of
February____, 19 71 Amended by adding General Warrant Numbers 1956
Communications Specialties $460.52 and 1957 Man Corn. & Electronics
$685.75. New Total $285,479.68.
