HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971 046 CC RESO1971 046 CC RESOç: RESOLUTION NO. 71-46 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO THE REPORTS OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS 70-S-21, 22, 33, 39, 41, 42 and 52) The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets has heretofore filed Reports of Work, dated February 17, 1971, pursuant to Section 5882 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, relating to the construction of certain improvements completed in the following cases: a) Northeast side of Cloverside Street between Feather Avenue and Ahern Drive 70-S-21) b) Southwest side of Cloverside Street between Feather Avenue and Ahern Drive 70-S-22) Cc) Southwest side of Merced Avenue between Frazier Street and Baldwin Park Boulevard 70-S-33) d) Southeast side of Athol Street between Egil Avenue and Francisquito Avenue 70-S-39) e) Northwest side of Puente Avenue between Central Avenue and Pacific Avenue 70-S-41) f) West side of Benham Avenue between Palm Avenue and Elwyn Drive 70-S-42) g) Northeast and Northwest side of Ardilla Avenue between Dutch Street and Southeasterly City Boundary 70-S-52) SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq., of said Code, the City Council does hereby order and declare that on the 17th day of March, 1971, in the Council Chambers, it will hear and pass upon any and all objections or protests to the Reports of the Work of the Superintendent of Streets, and the amount of the assessments assigned against the real property described in said Reports. SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and objections.
