A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING AND DETER-
MINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE
AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED 71-A-5)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3225 et se^., of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, proceedings were initiated to determine whether certain
vehicles constitute a public nuisance; and
b) That the property and vehicle which is the subject of such
proceedings is described as follows:
1) That property located at 3648 Barnes Avenue more
particularly described as follows: Rancho La Puente 0.55 acres
commencing southerly 14°081 westerly 370 feet from most northerly
corner of Tract No. 10104 thence southerly 14°08' westerly 60
feet with a uniform depth of 400 feet southerly 75°52* easterly.

2) That the vehicle to which said proceedings relate
are as follows:
LNV 366 1953 Buick Stationwagon
c) That a duly noticed public hearing on said matter was con-
ducted pursuant to Section 3227 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to
determine whether a public nuisance exists; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented at said hearing,
it was determined that the same does constitute a public nuisance, and
that the public interest requires that the same be abated.
SECTION 2. That if the owners of said property, or others having
an interest therein, do not abate said nuisance by removing the vehicle
from said property or enclose the area where the vehicle is to be
located with a view obscuring wall within 50 days hereof, the City
Manager is instructed to abate the same as provided in Section 3227 et seq
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
his Resolution and cause a copy hereof to be forwarded to the City
Manager.
