OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK 70-N-65 & 70-N-99) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Manager filed Reports of Work dated February 17, 1971, as required by Section 3200 efc seq,, of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, covering the following described property. 1. That property located at 13923 Merced Avenue more partic- ularly described as follows: Tract No. 6285 southeast 50 feet except that portion of dedicated street of Lot 7. 8553-3-8) 70-N-&5) 2. That property located at 4719 Merced Avenue more partic- ularly described as follows: Tract No. 4624 west 100 feet of east 120 feet of south 102 feet of Lot 95. 8537-19-47) 70-N-99) SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 3209 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, the City Council does hereby order that on the 17th day of March, 1971, at the hour of 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon any and all objections or protests to the reports of the work of the City Manager and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real properties described above. SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and objections. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and cause copies hereof to be forwarded as prescribed by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
