RESOLUTION NO. 71-59
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A TIME AND
PLACE FOR A HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER
CERTAIN VEHICLES CONSTITUTE A PUBLIC
NUISANCE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3226 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code, the City Manager has conducted an investigation and has recommended
that the City Council conduct a public hearing to determine whether
certain vehicles constitute a public nuisance within the meaning of
Section 3226 et seq., of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code,
b) That the premises to which said recommendations relate are
described as follows:
1) That property located at 4405 Walnut Street more
particularly described as follows: Tract No, 4624 southerly
92 feet except that portion of st::eet right-of-way of Lot 31.

2) That property located at 14248 Los Angeles Street
more particularly described as follows: Revised map of Vineland
of the Azusa westerly 60.97 feet of easterly 235.94 feet of
northerly 145 feet of Lot 29. 8544-14-2) 71-A-9)
c) That the vehicles to which the recommendation relates are
described as follows:
1) HSC 866 1963 Dodge
2) LJH 750 1961 Pontiac
d) That the said City Council has accepted the recommendation
of the City Manager.
SECTION 2. That on March 17, 1971 at 7:30 P'. M. or as soon
thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Council Chambers, at the
City Hall, 14403 East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, is hereby
designated as the time and place for a public hearing to determine whether
the vehicles herein described constitute a public nuisance within the
meaning of said Section 3226 et seq., of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 3, That the City Manager is hereby instructed to give
Notice of Public Hearing as set forth in Section 3227 of the said Baldwin
Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk sl,iall cert.ify to the adoption of
this Resolution and cause a copy hereof to be forwarded to the City
Manager.
