A RESOLUTION OF Till: CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING ENGINEER
OF WORK RAMONA BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park that LAMPMAN AND ASSOCIATES be. and they arc
hereby appointed Engineer of Work" for the doing of all
the necessary engineering work and exercising all of the
functions provided for the office of Engineer of Work
under the Improvement Act of 1911" in connection with
the improvement work in the Construction of improvements
in Ramona Boulevard Assessment District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the services of said
LAMPMAN AND ASSOCIATES shall be performed under and pur-
suant to that certain agreement previously executed.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Resolution and it shall thereupon take
effect and be in force.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of March
1971.
