A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING SPECIAL
COUNSEL TO PREPARE PROCEEDINGS AND
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR RAHONA BOULEVARD
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED that MARTIN & FLANDRICK be, and it is
hereby, appointed as Special Counsel to supervise all pro-
ceedings and to prepare all resolutions, notices and other
papers and proceedings for any work and improvement that
may be hereafter authorized by the City Council in re
Ramona Boulevard Assessment District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employment of said
firm be made for the sum of 2 1/2% of the amount spread
within said District plus costs.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Resolution and it shall thereupon Cake
effect and be in force.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of March_____
