OF THE MUNCIIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK 70-N-60 & 70-N-72) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Manager filed Reports of Work dated March 3, 1971, as required by Section 3200 et seq. of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code/ covering the following described properties. 1. That property located at 4631 Harlan A, B and C) more particularly described as follows: Lot 15 of Tract No. 30159. 8537-14-37) 70-N-60) 2. That property located at 3233 Big Dalton Avenue more particularly described as follows: Tract No. 12057 southwest 10 feet of Lot 10 and all of Lot 11. 8460-4-23) 70-N-72) SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 3209 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, the City Council does hereby order that on the 7th day of April, 1971, at the hour of 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers, the City Council will hear and pass upon any and all objections or protests to the report of work of the City Manager and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real property described above. SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of protests and objections. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and cause copies hereof to be forwarded as prescribed by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
