A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 3330 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of
Baldwin Park is directed to install and maintain boulevard stop
signs to:
1. Stop east and west bound traffic on Ramona Boulevard
at Stewart Avenue, east and west bound traffic on
Ramona Boulevard at Merced Avenue, and east and
west bound traffic on Ramona Boulevard at La Rica
Avenue. That Resolution 67-106 is hereby repealed
and rescinded.
SECTION 2. That the following area is hereby designated as
Two Hour Parking" area, pursuant to Section 3358 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code.
1. West side of Puente Avenue between Dexter Street
and Cleary Drive.
SECTION 3. That the Street Superintendent is hereby directed
and instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb
markings giving notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic
restrictions.
SECTION 4.. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street
Superintendent.
