A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE. DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That according to Section 37202 of the
Government Code the Finance Director, or his designated representa-
tive, hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and
to the availability of funds for payments thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll Warrant Numbers 96
Through 267k inclusive, constituting the payroll of the
City of Baldwin Park for the period from l6-71 through
6-71 have been presented to the City Council as required
by law, and that the same are gereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of $ 36,06?,50
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 2036-2$7 through
2K5-257 inclusive, constituting the claims and demands against
the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council as
required by law, and that the same are hereby ratified and approved
in the amount of 201,862.44.
ADOPTED. SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of
March 191 71. Amended by adding General Warrant numbers 2144,
Martin & Flandrick Trust Account R/W Walnut St. A/0, $854.00; and 2145,
Thelma Ouncan, to replenish Petty Cash, $ H6.58. New Total $202,815.00
