A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY tN THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public
Wbrka, Division of Highways, has presented an Agreement for Maintenance of the
State highway in the City of Baldwin Park effective as of May 25, 1971 and to
remain in effect until amended or terminated.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement in full and
is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park that said Agreement for Maintenance of the State highway in the City is
hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same
on behal f of said City.
ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1971.
