RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING AND DE-
TERMINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq./ of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, proceedings have been initiated to determine
whether certain premises, and buildings and structures thereon
constitute a public nuisance; and
b) That the property located at 13449 Dunia Street
more particularly described as follows: Lot l8 of Tract No.
21614. 8537-31-6) 71-N-12)
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having been con-
ducted, pursuant to Section 3203 et seq., of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, to determine whether the buildings and structures
on said property, in their present state, constitute a public
nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented at said
hearing, it was determined that the same does constitute a public
nuisance, and that the public interest requires that the same be
abated; and
e) That the staff report, relating to this matter, is
hereby approved and adopted by this reference.
SECTION 2. That the owners of said property, or others having an
interest therein, shall abate said nuisance in the manner set forth in the
staff report, as approved by this City Council. If such abatement is not
accomplished, as required hereby, within 60 days from the date here-
of, the City Manager shall abate the same, as provided in Section 3208
et seq., of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and cause copies hereof to be forwarded as prescribed
by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of May 1971.

III. DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION OF PREMISES:
Substandard structures and general cleanup of premises,
IV. INSPECTION REPORTS:
1. LOS ANGELES COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT;
No notices of violations have seen sent and no violations
observed.
2. LOS ANGELES COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT:
No report received.
3. BALDWIN PARK POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Crime report Arrest on OSJ Warrant 8/13/69, AR69-1114.
People at address rent by the month, property owner is
Betty Baker 3426 Robinette, Baldwin Park, 337-2301.
Found an old shed that has just about rotted away that
could possible be a fire hazard. Nothing further found.
4. BALDWIN PARK PLANNING DEPARTMENT:
The structure on this property does conform to the present
zone and general plan. No violations apparent. Recommend
general cleanup.
5. BALDWIN PARK BUILDING DEPARTMENT:
Recommend demolition of building at rear of dwelling.
It is recommended that the Public Nuisance be abated by the following
