RESOLUTION NO. 71- 162
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A TIME ND
PLACE FOR A HEARING TO DETERMINE WHETHER
CERTAIN BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES CONSTITUTE
PUBLIC NUISANCES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq., of the Baldwn Park
Municipal Code, the City Manager has heretofore conducted an investigation
and has recommended that the City Council conduct a public hearing to
determine whether certain premises and buildings, and structures located
thereon, constitute a public nuisance within the meaning of Section 3200
et seq., of the Baldwn Park Municipal Code.
b) That the premises to which said report relates is described
as follows:
1. That the property located at 13911 Corak more particularly
described as follows: Lot 8 of Tract No. 11815. 8555-17-3)

2. That the property located at 13351 Waco more particularly
described as follows: Lot 11 of Tract No. 11007. 8551-22-12)

3. That the property located at 5017 Bleecker Street more
particularly described as follows: Lot 30 of Tract No. 8706.

4. That the property located at 3524 Patritti more partic-
ularly described as follows: Lot 11 of Tract No. 15148.

5. That the property located at 12908 Bess Avenue more
particularly described as follows: Lot 32 of Tract No. 10953
except that portion of dedicated street. 8550-22-25) 71-N-30)
6. That the property located at 13631 Foster Avenue more
particularly described as follows: Tract No. 718 0.225 acre
northwest 50 feet of southeast 398.60 feet of southwest 197-5
feet of northeast 425 feet of Lot 26. 8552-22-24) 71-N-31)
c) That the City Council has accepted the recommendation of the
City Manager, and does hereby declare its intent to conduct a public
hearing to determine whether the said premises above described, constitute
a public nuisance within the meaning of Section 3200 et seq-, of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. That on July 7, 1971 at the hour of 7:30 P.M. or
as soon therafter as can be heard, at the Council Chambers in the City
Hall at 14403 East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, is hereby
designated as the time and place for the public hearing to determine
whether the premises herein described constitute a public nuisance
within the meaning of said Section 3200 et seq., of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the City Manager is hereby instructed to give
notice of public hearing to be conducted with regard to the premises
hereinabove described as set forth in Section 3200 et seq., of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code.

SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and cause a copy hereof to be forwarded to the
City Manager.
