A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK RE COIffRACT FOR CITY
PROSECUTION SERVICE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, pursuant
to the terms and provisions of that GENERAL SERVICES AGREEJUCNT" dated July 1st,
1971, entered into by and between the County of Los Angeles and the City does
hereby request the County of Los Angeles to provide through the office of
the District Attorney of Los Angeles County the services of City Prosecutor
In respect to the enforcement In all courts of this State of all municipal penal
ordinances of the City and also in respect to consultation and advice on the
filing of said complaints and ih respect to the preparation of criminal
complaints.
Section 2» It Is hereby requested that the Board of Supervisors of
Los Angeles County approve and authorize the performance of this service sub-
ject to those terms and conditions set forth In said written agreement here-
inbefore referred to.
Section 3. The Clerk is directed td forward a certified copy of
this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors,
ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 2nd. day of June, 1971.
