A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORTS OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS 71-S-3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets has heretofore
filed Reports of Work, dated June 16, 1971, pursuant to Section 5882
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, relating
to the construction of certain improvements completed in the following
cases:
a) South side of Olive Street between Bresee Avenue
and Stewart Avenue 71-S-3)
b) East side of Eiton Street between Nubia Street
and Olive Street 71-S-5)
c) North side of Olive Street between Landis Avenue
and Maine Avenue 71-S-8)
d) North side of Olive Street between La Rica Avenue
and Baldwin Park Boulevard 71-S-9)
e) North side of Olive Street between Eiton Street
and Fortin Street 71-S-10)
f) South side of Olive Street between Walnut Street
and Merced Avenue 71-S-ll)
g) South side of Olive Street between Edra Avenue
and Baldwin Park Boulevard 71-S-13)
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq., of said
Code, the City Council does hereby order and declare that on the 21st
day of July, 1971, in the Council Chambers, it will hear and pass upon
any and all objections or protests to the Reports of Work of the
Superintendent of Streets, and the amount of the assessments assigned
against the real property described in said Reports.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
protests and objections.
