A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION 70-168 RELATING TO CERTAIN
BUDGETARY APPROPRIATIONS
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That on October 7. 1970 the City Council did
authorize fche expenditure for preparation of
City Charter and revision of City Municipal
Code totaling $5,000.00? and
b) That on December 1, 1970 the office of Commercial
and Industrial Development was established and
staffed at a cost as follows:
Salary $3,828.00

c) That on March 26, 1971 renovation of City Manager's
office was completed and an over budgeted expendi-
ture totaling $492.67 was expended? and
d) That on May 27. 1971 renovation of Conference Room
was authorized $80Q.OO for walls and ceiling?
carpeting $150.00 for a total of $950.00? and
e) That on May 28, 1971 a complete overhaul of the
sound system in the Council Chambers was authorized
including labor and materials totaling $990.00? and
f) That on May 25, 1971 authorization to proceed with
pointing, drapes and carpetinq was given for the
Data Processing room for a total of $552.08; and
g) That on April 12, 1971 the liability insurance
audit was completed and due to the increase of
automobile coverage and miscellaneous increases
an amount of $1,800.00 was authorized; and
SECTION 2. That to accommodate the foregoing expenditures
It is necessary to amend the City Budget as hereinafter set forth:
