A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SEATING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORT OF THE CITY MANAGER ON WORK
COMPLETED UNDER SECTION 3200 ET SEQ.
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK 70-N-95)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
FIND, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager filed a Report of Work dated
June 16, 1971, as required by Section 3200 et seq., of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, covering the following described property:
1. That property located at 15000 Nubia Street more
particularly described as follows: Tract No. 7701 lot
commencing at southwest corner of Lot 19 thence north
0042'35" east 59.90 feet thence south 89°57'30" east
123.17 feet thence south to southerly line of said lot
thence west thereon 123.13 feet to beginning part of
Lot 19. 8414-22-22)
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 3209 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, the City Council does hereby order that on the
21st day of July, 1971, at the hour of 7:30 P.M., in the Council
Chambers 9 the City Council will hear and pass upon any and all
objections or protests to the report of the work of the City Manager
and the amount of the assessment assigned against the real property
described above.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
protests and objections.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and cause copies hereof to be forwarded as pre-
scribed by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.

COMPLETED PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO.
71-11 Case No. 70-N-95)
PURSUANT to Resolution No. 71-11 the following described
abatement has been completed.
Demolition of one bourse/ one garage and one shed
and general clean up of premises.
THE DESCRIPTION of the real property at which this abate-
ment has been completed is as follows:
15000 Nubia Street Tract No. 7701 lot commencing at
southwest corner of Lot 19 thence north 0°42'35" east
59.90 feet thence south 89°57'30" east 123.17 feet
thence south to southerly line of said lot thence west
thereon 123.13 feet to beginning part of Lot 19.
