A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DENYING AN
APPLICATION FOR A ZONE CHANGE CASE
NO. Z-330; CITY INITIATED).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
/
SECTION 1. T^hat: the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Tafk h^s heretofore considered the recommendations
of the Planning Commission with respect to zone change
Case No, Z-330, and has determined as a result of the
conduct of a public hearing thereon that the said property
should not be reclassified at this time.
SECTION 2. That the above described zone change
proceeding is hereby denied and terminated.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption hereof and shall forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the Secretary of the Planning Commission,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June
1971.
